The 1st International Conference on Nursing Education and Practice (ICNEP 2025) was successfully held on 19–20 November 2025 at the Everly Hotel, Putrajaya, Malaysia, under the theme “AI in Nursing Education and Practice: Advancing Transformation and Sustainable Quality Healthcare.”
The conference was organized by the School of Nursing and Applied Science, Lincoln University College, Malaysia, in collaboration with Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, Australia.
The Conveners, Prof Dr Faridah Mohd Said, Assoc Prof Dr Fatimah Yahya, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Smitha Madhavan collaborated and were supported by 7 International universities from Indonesia and having more than 243 delegates.

Through the collective efforts of these institutions, ICNEP 2025 marked a significant milestone in fostering regional and international partnerships aimed at advancing nursing education, research excellence, and sustainable quality healthcare.The conference brought together nursing educators, researchers, clinicians, and postgraduate students from multiple countries to share evidence-based research, innovative practices, and emerging technologies shaping the future of nursing education and healthcare delivery.
The conference featured keynote addresses, plenary sessions, oral paper presentations, and poster sessions, with strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, digital health, patient-centered care, nursing leadership, and sustainable healthcare practices. ICNEP 2025 provided a vibrant platform for scholarly exchange, interprofessional dialogue, and international networking, contributing to capacity building and global collaboration in nursing education and practice.
