The School of AI Computing and Multimedia, Lincoln University College successfully organised an Industrial Talk on Digital Transformation in Food Processing, with a special focus on Digital Gastronomy, in collaboration with Arete Kitchens on July 22, 2025.
The invited speaker, Chef Mohd Azarudeen, shared valuable insights into how artificial intelligence, automation, and digital tools are revolutionizing food processing and culinary business strategies across regions such as India, Malaysia, the Middle East, and the UK. The session gave students meaningful exposure to the intersection of technology and the modern food industry.
The event was attended by Dr. Midhunchakkaravarthy Janarthanan, Dean, and Dr. Vivekanandam Balasubramanian, Pro Dean, of the School of AI Computing and Multimedia. This initiative reflects the School’s dedication to delivering industry-aligned, globally relevant education.
