On February 16, 2026, Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia, and Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg, Chhattisgarh, India, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen academic cooperation and international engagement. The agreement was signed by LUC Founder and President Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik and Dr. Sanjay Tiwari, Vice Chancellor of Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya. The collaboration reflects a joint commitment to improving education, increasing research opportunities, and building stronger academic connections between Malaysia and India.
