Lincoln University College, Malaysia proudly announces the participation of Prof. Dr. Manual Selvaraj Bexci, Pro Dean, School of Social Science, Arts, Psychology and Humanities, LUC, as a distinguished panellist at the PIO (People of Indian Origin) Academic Conference 2025, held on July 11, 2025, at the International Youth Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
Speaking on the theme “Preserving PIO Heritage & Identity in an Uncertain World,” Prof. Dr. Bexci emphasized the role of semiotics and etymology in preserving mother tongues and cultural identity. She also encouraged the celebration of Indian body types and skin tones as part of embracing ethnic uniqueness amidst global influences.
