Lincoln University College, Malaysia, in collaboration with Universitas Baiturrahmah, Padang Indonesia, organised the 4th International Conference on Disaster Management and Human Health Risk (ICDMHHR 2026) on 13th & 14th October, 2026.
The conference focused on the growing challenges posed by disasters affecting public health systems, highlighting the importance of effective disaster preparedness, coordinated emergency responses, and resilient healthcare services.
Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, President & Founder, and Prof. Datuk Dr. Hajjah Bibi Florina Abdullah, Pro-Chancellor, LUC acted as the patrons of the event. Dato (Amb) Dr. Mohd Yusoff Bin A. Bakar, Vice Chancellor & CEO, LUC was present as the advisor.

A significant highlight of the conference was its recognition with 11 Board-approved Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, emphasising its professional and educational significance for healthcare practitioners.
