Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, Vice Chancellor Lincoln University College, Malaysia attended a Conference at 93rd Annual General Meet and National Seminar on Autonomy for Excellence in Higher Education organized by Association of Indian Universities on 16th – 18th February at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In this special occasion Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik delivered a lecture addressing the present issue.
