On February 17, 2026, Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Higher Education, Government of Chhattisgarh, India, to strengthen international academic collaboration. The agreement was signed by LUC Founder & President Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik and S. Bharathidasan, IAS, Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Chhattisgarh. The collaboration showed a shared effort to improve education, create more research opportunities, and strengthen academic ties between Malaysia and India.
