The International SDG & Cultural Day 2026, organized by Lincoln University College, Malaysia, was featured in Chinese-language media, highlighting the participation of approximately 2,000 attendees from 12 universities under the theme “99 Countries, One Experience.”
The coverage recognized the event’s role in promoting cultural diversity, sustainability awareness and collaboration between educational institutions and the community. It also highlighted the participation of representatives from the Petaling Jaya District Police Headquarters, who engaged with attendees through exhibition booths on crime prevention and commercial crime awareness.
In addition, LUC President, Prof. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, emphasized the event’s role in providing students with a platform to showcase their creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, supporting their personal growth and future development.
