An industrial training memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between Department of Biotechnology, Lincoln University College Malaysia and Madam Peggy Cheng Poh Guat, CEO of Ganofarm R&D SDN BHD on 11th April 2017, Tuesday at Grusonn Wellness Café, Sky-Pod Square, Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor. Ganofarm Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian-based mushroom research company that cultivates, develops, manufactures, and markets mushrooms. Sherman Ryner Suhaibun (Bachelor of Biotechnology’s student) is undergoing industrial training at Ganofarm SDN. BHD. He produced hand wash soap from cooking oil and orange peel wastes through biological treatment successfully .
