Lincoln University College Malaysia, through the School of AI Computing and Multimedia, hosted an International Academic Immersion Programme on Artificial Intelligence in Health Sciences and Health Information Management from 3 to 7 September 2026. The programme brought together academic sessions, discussions, student engagement and cultural exchange around the responsible use of artificial intelligence in healthcare and health-information environments.
The programme connected technical learning with practical and ethical considerations. Sessions addressed foundations of artificial intelligence, applications in health sciences, health information management, responsible AI and healthcare data governance. The programme format also enabled participants to learn directly from academic and industry contributors and to present their own perspectives.

For Lincoln University College, the programme demonstrated the School’s capacity to convene international learning around an area of immediate public and professional relevance. It also created a platform for future academic exchange, applied projects and partnership-based learning in AI, healthcare and information management.
