The School of Health & Applied Science, Lincoln University College, successfully organised the HRDC Professional Development Programme – Stress Free Work Place on 16 July 2026 at the Physiotherapy Lab, MAS Campus.
The programme was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Selvaraj Antoniraj, Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and HRDC Accredited Trainer, who shared practical approaches to creating healthier and more productive workplaces through simple workplace exercises and evidence-based wellness strategies.
Throughout the one-day programme, participants explored effective methods to reduce workplace stress, improve posture and movement, enhance mental clarity, increase productivity, and promote long-term physical wellbeing. The session combined interactive discussions with practical demonstrations, allowing participants to immediately apply the techniques in their daily work environments.
The programme also encouraged participants to recognise the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance while fostering a positive workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing and organisational performance.
The School of Health & Applied Science extends its sincere appreciation to Asst. Prof. Dr. Selvaraj Antoniraj, all participants, and the organising committee for contributing to the success of this HRDC-certified programme.
